   Love Is My Commandment: Jesus is not the reason God loves you

   Hear me out:

   Jesus is the ultimately expression of God’s love for humanity. But Jesus is not the reason God loves you. If you don’t believe me, read Romans 5:8. It says, “But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us”…

   People need to stop believing the lie that says God only loves us when we turn to Him or when we repent of our sins and start believing the truth of God’s love which is that He LOVES us all regardless of if we are sinning or walking with Him. Would He rather us be walking in communion with Him? Of course! Does He hate us when we walk away from Him? Absolutely not!
